Self awareness and self reflection is the first step in anyone’s development followed closely by self management. I always say “You cannot change the way you behave until you change the way you think” AND “Nothing changes if nothing changes – if you keep doing what you have always done, you will keep getting what you have always got”.
My focus is to provide you with actionable learning, that means not just delivering some teaching and then leaving you high and dry. If you’re really committed to change and growth, the best learning comes from experience and hands-on practice. So I’ve created this book just for you, to really give you those extra tools and accountable experience to make the maximum impact where you need it most.
